The event started off with the exhibition from students showcasing their models and posters followed by a Talk from Padmabhushan Dr. B. N Suresh (chancellor IIST, ISRO) and then Prize Distribution for the winners of the competition. The event was attended by 150 students from in and around Gauribidanuru.

SKSMT helped the Cre'active' group with the funding of the hospitality of the event.
